What is an active user?
Active users are clients that are registered and currently using the Speech Frog platform in your account. Past clients do not count towards your active users but their profiles and data are still accessible.
How does the free trial work?
You get a full two weeks to test out the Speech Frog platform to see if it suits your needs. We don’t require any form of payment up front for your trial and our support team can help get you started.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between our monthly basic and pro plans at any time without penalty. Yearly plans are paid for upfront and can altered at the end of their subscription period.
What payments are accepted?
We accept most credit and debit cards from Australian banks with Mastercard, Visa or American Express logos on them. All payments are protected by the latest SSL encryption technology.
How good is your support?
It’s outstanding! Depending on your plan, you can receive support via email or on the phone with one of our friendly Australian support team members. Customer support is available Monday to Friday.
